Designation: Warehouse Supervisor

Department: Warehouse Operations

Location: Jhajjar

Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and proper documentation
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for timely material movement
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance
• Allocate tasks and guide warehouse staff for efficient operations
• Identify and report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports
• Support audits and ensure adherence to company SOPs

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or inventory supervision experience
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP
• Good understanding of dispatch planning and logistics coordination
• Ability to manage manpower and meet operational targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
