JOB TITLE: Process Specialist - Data
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist for our Property and Casualty (P&C) division. Candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience, in Homeowners, Personal Auto, Policy Administration, Property & Casualty Insurance, Strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication skills. The role involves optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
REPORTING TO: Process Lead
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate with minimum 4-6 years of overall BPO experience
- Flexible to work in night shift timings
- Good Domain Knowledge Property and Casualty Insurance, Specially in Small Commercials, Personal line, Property, Homes, Auto, valuables etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Underwriting Assistance: Provide expert support to underwriters in assessing risks and making informed decisions related to personal insurance applications
- Policy Processing: Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed records of underwriting decisions, policy changes, and correspondence with agents and policyholders. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
- Work closely with underwriters, agents, claims departments, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient policy servicing
- Assist in evaluating and managing risks associated with personal insurance policies, including monitoring loss ratios and recommending risk mitigation strategies
- Policy Administration: Manage the lifecycle of insurance policies from issuance to renewal, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Data Analysis: Analyze policy data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness
