  • Connaissances des rgles de manipulation de produits toxiques (SIMDUT)
  • Utiliser des techniques de stratification, de moulage et dassemblage pour crer des gabarits & moules en composite.
  • Utiliser des machines, de l'quipement ou des outils manuels pour couper, profiler, dcouper et ajuster des lments en composite afin de former des pices et des assemblages;
  • Assembler des matriaux composites sur des modles pour former des pices et des assemblages au moyen de matriaux de liaison;
  • Utiliser des pistolets enduire pour appliquer des mlanges de rsine des moules en mtal ou en bois afin de former des produits en composite;
  • Charger et utiliser des autoclaves/four de cuisson pour assurer le mrissement et la liaison des pices et des assemblages partiels en composite;
  • Utiliser de l'quipement de finition afin de dtourer, de meuler ou de polir les produits et leur donner une forme finale.
  • Oprer des presses plieuses, scies et perceuses pour transformer la matire premire.
  • Utiliser une machine a inspection CMM laser de poursuite un atouts

  • DEC Gnie mcanique
    OU
  • DEP Fabrication de pices industrielles et arospatiales en composites
    OU
  • DEP outillage 3ans exprience en fabrication de pices en composites
  • Connaissance de base de tolerances et GD&T
  • Connaissance pratique de Tracker Lazer et systme Polyworks (un atout)
