  • We are looking for a developer passionate about building scalable, cloud-native data platforms

    and delivering mission-critical data flows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams

    across engineering and data science, owning pipelines end-to-end from ingestion to production

    deployment.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Design & build ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks & Delta Lake
  • Develop scalable data lakes & warehouse models
  • Operationalize & monitor ML models with data scientists
  • Manage Databricks clusters, jobs & performance
  • Work with Azure/AWS data services (ADLS, S3, Redshift)
  • Enable data quality, metadata & Master Data structures
  • Maintain technical docs & follow best practices
  • Champion continuous improvement & automation TENJUMPS SOFTECHMust-Have Skills
  • 2–4 years as a Data Engineer / Databricks Developer
  • Strong Python / PySpark / SQL
  • Hands-on Databricks & Delta Lake experience
  • Experience with Talend / DataStage (Essential)
  • Cloud services: Azure or AWS
  • Data ingestion & integration (DBs, APIs, Salesforce/SAP)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling & distributed systems
  • Git, CI/CD, version control — Azure DevOps experience requiredGood to Have
  • Star-schema warehouse & MPP DBs (Redshift)
  • Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain
  • ML pipeline knowledge
  • Certifications (Databricks / Azure / AWS)
