Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Job Trainee located in Hauz Khas. The On-Job Trainee will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, understanding Northern European cuisine, managing catering orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks include supporting chefs, learning and applying cooking techniques, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and helping with inventory management. The role will provide the candidate with hands-on experience in a professional kitchen and the opportunity to gain valuable skills in catering.
