Job Overview

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead development of new features, optimize existing systems, and strengthen our technical architecture. This is a freelance, remote-friendly position based in India, with long-term potential for the right candidate.

You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to accelerate build cycles and ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of backend APIs using , , and FastAPI (Python)
  • Architect and build responsive, scalable front-end interfaces using , , and Tailwind CSS
  • Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases
  • Improve system performance, code reliability, and deployment readiness
  • Collaborate daily with a remote engineering team, guiding junior developers
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical recommendations
  • Contribute to planning, documentation, and sprint execution

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of full stack development experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI)
  • Strong proficiency in and
  • Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, ORM tools, and API best practices
  • Experience building scalable systems and integrating third-party APIs
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, REST, and Git workflows
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Good spoken and written English communication
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or cloud environments
  • Familiarity with microservices or distributed systems
  • Prior experience mentoring developers or contributing to architectural decisions
