We are looking for an experienced ReactJS Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-performing, scalable, and visually engaging web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end expertise and hands-on experience in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux), along with exposure to ERPNext/Frappe front-end customization.
You'll work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences on ERPNext-based or B2B SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and maintain front-end components using ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
Customize and enhance ERPNext/Frappe front-end modules and dashboards.
Integrate and manage REST APIs and microservices for seamless data exchange.
Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible design implementations.
Collaborate closely with backend teams (Python/ERPNext/Frappe Framework) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints and actively contribute to planning, estimation, and code reviews.
Maintain clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
2+ years of professional experience in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
Experience in ERPNext/Frappe front-end customization.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of REST API integrations and microservice architectures.
Expertise in responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Proven experience collaborating with backend teams on Python/ERPNext/Frappe Framework projects.
Ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Prior work on ERPNext-based or B2B SaaS platforms.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with React Native for mobile app extensions.
Strong UI/UX sensibility for reusable component design and accessibility.
Familiarity with or other modern front-end frameworks.
