Job Overview:
The Digital Technology Supply Chain team is looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain professional responsible for solution development and innovation of DT Supply Chain supporting applications. This role will work closely with Supply Chain customers, DT subject matter experts, enterprise architects and infrastructure to design and manage impactful changes to the Collins enterprise tool portfolio. Our digital focus is geared towards transforming our tools and services to help our employees and customers.

Supply Chain DLDP

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administration and support of Supply Chain supporting applications.
• Support for enterprise digital solutions, such as Collins Aerospace supplier portals, Ariba, SAP, etc.
• Work with Supply Chain DT to define, test and implement new or upgraded applications in support of business initiatives.
• Interact with the end customer on technical issues which require subject matter expert support.  Drive issues to closure.
• Support migrations between applications/systems.
• Support definition and implementation of enterprise level synergy projects targeting common applications and processes across the organization.
• Work with other Digital Technology teams and software vendors to define service and application roadmaps.
• Provide analysis and estimates for upcoming tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Security and Global Trade Policies.
• Use technical and communication skills with business knowledge to own the successful resolution of business problems.
• Needs to be able to communicate well with nontechnical business users at any level or location.
• Needs to be able to communicate well with the technical team, both on and offshore.

Basic Qualifications:

• This position requires a bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline and 10-15 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with design processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP, Ariba, SNC and SRM systems. Familiarity with Oracle and SQL databases. Familiarity with surrounding technologies such as identity management, load balancers, proxy servers, etc.
