Senior Telecaller

We are looking for a Senior Telecaller (Female preferred) with strong experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to generate and convert leads, and must be confident in client handling. Preference will be given if the candidate is open to site visits for client meetings and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
• Follow up with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property options.
• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring regular communication.
• Schedule and coordinate client visits to project sites.
• Assist sales team by nurturing leads and providing accurate information to clients.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a telecaller in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of local language will be an advantage).
• Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and confidence.
• Female candidates preferred; willingness to visit sites when required.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
