Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Renovation

Industry: Interior Design & Build / Fit-outs

Location: Site + Office (as per project requirement)

Experience: 5–10 years in interior projects (renovation/live sites preferred)

Role Summary

Responsible for planning and delivering interior renovation projects within time, cost and quality parameters by coordinating drawings, vendors, site execution and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare & monitor project schedule, resources and cost
  • Lead site execution as per drawings, BOQ, specs & safety norms
  • Coordinate with design, purchase & subcontractors
  • Conduct progress reviews, resolve site issues & mitigate delays
  • Maintain reports: DPR, MOM, RFIs, variations, snag lists
  • Handle client communication & approvals till handover

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong knowledge of interior execution & sequencing
  • Project scheduling (MS Project/Primavera preferred)
  • Vendor/subcontractor management
  • Cost & change control
  • Excellent communication & client handling

Qualifications

  • Diploma/BE – Civil/Interior/Architecture or equivalent
  • Proven experience in interior fit-out/renovation projects (corporate/retail/residential)

Employment Type: Full-time
