Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Architect based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design processes, collaborating in project management, preparing blueprints, and ensuring compliance with structural, safety, and aesthetic standards. The role involves close coordination with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Architectural Design and overall knowledge of Architecture principles
  • Experience with Software Development and Integration as part of modern architectural practices
  • Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with architectural design tools and software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
  • Understanding of building regulations and sustainability principles is an advantage
