Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, with a strong foundation in software development and a passion for building tools that developers love. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying features across the entire stack, from the user interface to our core infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications, APIs, and backend systems.

• Build and enhance our suite of AI-powered developer tools, creating intuitive and powerful user experiences.

• Architect and implement features across the full stack, including our front-end (React), back-end services (Python), and infrastructure.

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

• Contribute to the deployment of our solutions in various environments, including cloud and on-premise enterprise setups.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team, product managers, and other engineers to translate ideas into high-quality features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.

• Help optimize platform performance, security, and data integrity for enterprise-grade solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in a full-stack or back-end engineering role.

• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with modern web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).

• Proven experience building developer tools or significant experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

• Excellent problem-solving mindset and the ability to own problems end-to-end.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with on-premise enterprise software deployments and an understanding of their unique challenges.

• Knowledge of enterprise software compliance and security best practices.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language models (LLMs), or AI inference engines (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX Runtime).

• Experience with Embedded software or firmware development (C/C++/Rust).

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
