Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, presenting our educational products, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role is well-suited for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential students and parents from the provided leads or database.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of educational products, courses, and digital learning tools.

Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients and promote relevant services.

Persuade and guide prospects to attend demo sessions, subscribe to courses, or download learning apps.

Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversion outcomes.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volume, conversions, and revenue.

Follow up with leads to ensure successful closures.

Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements

PUC or any graduate degree from a recognized institution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).

Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging with diverse audiences.

Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or EdTech is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and achieve sales targets.
