Overview: The Learning & Development Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. They are responsible for creating and implementing learning strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, and for driving employee development and engagement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that support the organization's strategic objectives
  • Identify training needs through analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and support career development
  • Lead the development of engaging and effective learning materials and resources
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business goals
  • Manage the learning and development budget
  • Oversee the implementation of learning management systems
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the learning and development team
  • Stay updated on learning and development best practices and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and curriculum development
  • Demonstrated success in implementing employee training and development programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with learning management systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional certification in training and development is preferred
