Role & responsibilities

1. Calling & Follow-up

  • Call daily leads from Meta Ads and Sulekha.
  • Explain course details for CBSE / NEET / JEE programs.
  • Follow up with interested students and parents until admission.

2. Attending Incoming Calls

  • Attend calls received on office numbers.
  • Provide correct information about courses, fees, and class timings.
  • Note down enquiries and share with counsellor or admin if needed.

3. Admission Support

  • Guide students and parents on the admission process.
  • Update details of students who joined.

4. Reporting

  • Maintain daily call report (calls made, follow-ups, admissions).
  • Share report with office in-charge or counsellor.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication in English and Tamil.
  • Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
  • Polite, active and confident while speaking.
