Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, panels, wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
  • Carry out Lift maintenance and troubleshooting in coordination with OEM/service providers.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain Diesel Generators (DG sets), ensuring proper load management and timely servicing.
  • Handle plumbing work including pumps, pipelines, valves, sanitary fittings, and drainage systems.
  • Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and provide timely rectification.
  • Support in day-to-day operations of facility equipment (HVAC, STP, WTP, fire-fighting system – if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate service logs, checklists, and maintenance records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory guidelines during all work activities.
  • Provide support during emergencies and coordinate with vendors for specialized services.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • ITI / Diploma or equivalent trade certification.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Electrical, Lift, DG, and Plumbing maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts / on-call support as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
