CNC Programmer :

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Turning Programmer who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC turning centers to manufacture precision components. The candidate must be proficient in reading engineering drawings, creating CNC programs, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

CNC Programmer Responsibilities:

  • Create CNC programs for turning operations using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Esprit, or manual G-code programming).
  • Set up CNC turning machines, including chucking, tooling, offsets, and workpiece alignment.
  • Operate CNC lathes (2-axis or multi-axis) to machine components as per specifications.
  • Optimize cutting conditions (feeds, speeds, depths of cut) to maximize tool life and productivity.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings with tolerances and GD&T.
  • Perform first-off and in-process inspection using precision instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, dial gauges, etc.).
  • Adjust programs and machine settings as needed to maintain part accuracy and process stability.
  • Conduct minor machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve processes and resolve machining issues.

Maintain documentation and records as per ISO / AS9100 or company standards

Preferred candidate profile :

experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Education :

Diploma or B.Tech or M.Tech Preferred.

Work Location :

Narketpally Village, Nalgonda District, Telangana State.
