Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost sheets for modular partition projects (materials, finishes, accessories).
  • Analyze supplier quotations and negotiate rates to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Track project budgets, monitor variances, and provide cost-control recommendations.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to align costing with specifications.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of modular partition systems and construction materials.
  • Expertise in cost estimation and BOQ preparation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP costing tools.
  • Negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to forecast cost implications of design changes.

Deliverables

  • Accurate cost estimates before project approval.
  • Regular cost reports during execution.
  • Final reconciliation of project costs vs. estimates.
