Job Description:-

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Software Engineers with expertise in

.NET Core, , and SQL Server.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams spread over disparate time zones. The candidates should be able to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements, love challenges, and be open to flexible work timings to facilitate seamless collaboration with teams distributed across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core (C#), , and MS SQL. Build robust, scalable, and secure apps using , .Net Core (C#) and MS SQL.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure application security, data integrity, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong programming experience with .NET Core (C#). Proficiency in , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Expertise in SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
  • Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/containerization, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):-

  • Experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud services.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (unit/integration testing).
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
  • Familiarity with ASP.Net

Soft Skills:-

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
