We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Business Analyst
to join our dynamic team in
Mumbai City

open for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
  • Develop prototypes and wireframes to visualize solutions and facilitate discussions.
  • Engage in customer interactions to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Design and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
  • Support project management activities and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering.
  • Proficiency in creating prototypes, wireframes, and test cases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.
