Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Wellness Counselling

  • Act as the wellness concierge for clients providing personalized guidance across diet, lifestyle, and health improvement plans.
  • Interpret diagnostic reports (pathology/radiology) in collaboration with doctors to help clients understand their health status in simple terms.
  • Conduct in-depth client consultations, capturing their medical history, lifestyle habits, dietary patterns, and wellness goals.

Customized Wellness Planning

  • Create and share personalized diet and lifestyle plans based on test results, medical consultation, and client preferences.
  • Offer follow-up support and regular check-ins to ensure adherence and track client progress.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Liaise with pathologists, radiologists, and physician to ensure integrated communication and consistency in advice given to clients.
  • Coordinate with the centre team to ensure clients receive timely reports, follow-up appointments, and post-consultation support.

Experience & Hospitality Support

  • Ensure every interaction with the client is warm, informative, and solution oriented.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in Nutrition, Dietetics, or equivalent from a reputed college. Certification in wellness coaching, lifestyle medicine or Functional nutrition is a plus.
  • Experience: 5-9 years in wellness coaching/diet counselling; experience in healthcare.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to translate medical information into easy-to-understand guidance
  • High empathy, client-centric mindset, and professionalism
  • Presentable, calm, and confident in dealing with clients
