Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our apartment maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of our apartment complex.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas

  • Monitor and report any repairs, damage, or issues

  • Assist residents with various tasks and queries

  • Manage access and security of the premises

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Male candidates only

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair works especially plumbing and electrical.

  • Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights
