We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and delivering exceptional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
  • Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather insights to improve user experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and user data to inform design decisions.
  • Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is mandatory.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • User satisfaction scores (UX metrics)
  • Usability test results and feedback
  • Timely delivery of design milestones
  • Consistency with brand and design standards

Salary Range (India – Small/Mid IT Company):

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
