Role Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled SOC & TechnicalConsultant to manage our securityoperations, technical controls, and response strategy. Therole combines deep technicalsecurity expertise with leadership to oversee the securityinfrastructure, work with MSSPpartners, and ensure incident readiness.Key Responsibilities:Security Operations Centre (SOC)∙Lead SOC processes for alert triage, threat hunting,and incident escalation.∙Coordinate with MSSP for L1/L2/L3 alert monitoringand drive L3 incident response.∙Review daily/weekly threat dashboards, fine -tune SIEMrules and threat detectionmechanisms.Technical Security Controls∙Administer and optimize security tools including:oSIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)oEDR (e.g., SentinelOne, Defender)oFirewall / WAF (e.g., PFsense, WAF)oPAM, DLP, MFA, and Email Security∙Ensure security patching, hardening, and vulnerabilityremediation across endpointsand cloud.Incident Response & Recovery∙Lead incident response planning, execution, and rootcause analysis (RCA).∙Create and update IR playbooks, RACI charts, andreporting protocols.∙Maintain BCP/DR alignment with infrastructure andapp teams.Cloud & Infra Security∙Define and monitor cloud security posture (AWS,Azure).∙Review security groups, VPC configs, VPN, and IAM roles.∙Implement Zero Trust controls and conditionalaccess.Reporting & Governance∙Submit monthly threat, incident, and compliance dashboardsto CISO.∙Participate in risk committees, audits, and strategicreviews. RequirementsRequired Qualifications:∙Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity.∙Strong hands -on experience in SOC operations, endpointsecurity, and cloud infrasecurity.Certifications (Preferred):∙CISSP / CISM / OSCP / GCIA / GCIH∙Cloud certifications (AWS Security, Azure SC -300)∙SANS, Red Team, or Blue Team specialization (bonus)Skills & Tools Exposure:∙SIEM: Splunk, QRadar, Elastic,  ∙EDR: CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender for Endpoint∙DLP: GTB∙Network: Fortinet, Palo Alto, pfSense∙Cloud: AWS/Azure security console, VPC, IAM, GuardDuty∙IAM/PAM: Keycloak, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Mamori∙Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python (for automation)  BenefitsSarvaGram is on a mission to revolutionize financialservices for millions in rural India.
