Technical & Domain Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Electrical Component, PLC Programming (Mitsubishi, Delta and Siemens),
  • Robotics and Servo System.
  • Experience in Automation and Manufacturing Industry.
  • Understanding of industrial automation and special-purpose machines.
  • Control panel design, wiring, and testing.
  • Industrial communication (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, CC-Link, EtherCAT).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design, analysis, and implementation for projects (Automation, control panels, And SPM machines, etc.).
  • Developing and implementing PLC program for SPM machine's.
  • Ability to perform I/O mapping, testing, commissioning, and debugging.
  • Understanding of Electrical drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Skilled in machine cycle sequencing, interlocks, and safety logic design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Software, and Assembly).
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor-ship to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Manage project schedules, Project documents and vendor coordination for electrical- related works.
  • Stay updated on new technologies, automation trends, and energy-efficient solutions.
  • Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, and contractor submitting. Support to customer support department for onsite machines.
