  • Putting up resource requirement & follow up 
  • Preparation of surface prior to activity commencement
  • Execution of work ensuring workmanship, Quality, Safety, Timely completion
  • Judicious utilization of company assets & resources
  • Inspection with Client /Consultant for approvals of work done
  • Protection of completed scope of works till handing over
  • Snag identification, rectification & handing over to Client
  • Documentation of Check lists, Material reconciliation, Productivity, Project Revisions
  • Generation of reports on time on routine basis – Progress report, Material consumption, Vendor invoice certification.

Site supervision & installation, testing and commissioning coordination of various high side equipment like Chillers, AHUs, CAHUs, FCUs.
Site supervision & installation, testing and commissioning coordination of chilled water piping, ducting and ventilation system.
Coordination with other MEP services and finishes activities at site.

  • Ability to independently communicate with Clients in written and spoken English
  • Ability to mentor and assist Junior Engineers
