About the Role

We are hiring energetic and ambitious Fresh Graduates for the role of Field Sales Executive to bring in clients and projects for our digital marketing services.

You will be responsible for meeting local businesses, pitching our services, generating revenue, and helping us grow.

No prior experience is needed — we will train you in sales, communication, and digital marketing basics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit local businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs to pitch digital marketing services
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local outreach
  • Clearly explain services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Website Development & eCommerce Marketing
  • Schedule meetings, present service offerings, and convert potential leads to paying clients
  • Maintain daily logs – business visits, follow-ups, leads, and closures
  • Understand customer needs and suggest the right service
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets assigned
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners
  • Coordinate with the internal team for project onboarding
