Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Python Developer with strong experience in building APIs using FastAPI and Flask. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable backend solutions. You will play a key role in developing robust backend services, integrating APIs, and collaborating with frontend and QA teams to deliver production-ready software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using FastAPI and Flask.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient Python code following best practices.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and contribute to building advanced AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement secure API solutions and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Flask frameworks.

Solid understanding of REST principles and asynchronous programming in Python.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems effectively.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.
  • Eagerness to learn and work with LLMs, Vector Databases, and other modern AI technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Vector Databases.
  • Understanding of Transformer architecture, Embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Familiarity with data processing libraries like NumPy and Pandas.
  • Knowledge of Docker for containerized application development and deployment.
