Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Infrastructure Engineer, based in Kochi. The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's IT infrastructure. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, deploying updates, and ensuring infrastructure security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support scalable and efficient solutions will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure Design, Virtualization, and Cloud Environments
  • Strong knowledge of Networking protocols, Firewall management, and VPN configurations
  • Experience in System Administration, Linux/Unix, and Windows environments
  • Skills in Scripting, Automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Understanding of Database Management and Backup/Recovery techniques
  • Problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus
