Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle software development as a backend developer.
  • Develop well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the security and data protection of the applications.
  • Continuously research and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Candidate must be willing to work overlapping hours to cover the EST timezone.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 college or university.
  • 3-6 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience in Electron or other Windows app development frameworks.
  • Proficiency in , C#, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory management and integration is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
