Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel Framework).
  • Translate company problem statements into technical solutions with efficient code and clean architecture.
  • Work on end-to-end software lifecycle: requirement analysis, database schema design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Build RESTful APIs & integrations with third-party platforms (Zoho, SAP, CRM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, IT, Analytics) to deliver impactful software modules.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and contribute to building a strong dev culture.

Good to Have:

  • Strong expertise in PHP & Laravel Framework (Blade templating, Eloquent ORM, Middleware, Queues, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, stored procedures).
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, (basic front-end).
  • Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and Design Patterns.
  • Familiarity with Git / GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
  • Knowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth).
