We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team at Hyatt Centric Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest relation executive role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
