About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models and AI solutions for real-world applications.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, or Generative AI projects (based on business needs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, software developers, business analysts) to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems.
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Document processes, models, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in ML/AI model development and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for ML pipelines.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI.
  • Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning projects.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
