Your Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis & AI Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, and pinpoint opportunities where AI can deliver significant business value and efficiencies.
• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for AI solutions, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
• AI Solution Design & Prototyping: Work closely with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to translate business requirements into technical concepts and contribute to the design of AI solutions, potentially including UI/UX aspects for AI applications.
• Stakeholder Communication & Management: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating effective communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout the AI project lifecycle.
• Data Analysis & Suitability for AI: Analyze existing data sources and data quality to determine their suitability for AI applications, and work with data teams to ensure data readiness.
• Use Case Definition & Prioritization: Define clear AI use cases, assess their potential impact, and assist in prioritizing AI initiatives based on strategic value and feasibility.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Validation: Facilitate and support UAT for AI solutions, ensuring that deployed systems meet business requirements and user expectations.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Contribute to defining metrics for AI solution success, monitor their performance post-deployment, and identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Regulatory Compliance & Ethical AI: Ensure that AI solutions adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines, working to identify and mitigate potential biases or risks.
• Change Management & Adoption: Support change management activities to facilitate the successful adoption of new AI tools and processes within the business.
• Market Research & Trends: Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, market trends, and industry best practices to proactively identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Your Skills And Experience

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience (4+ years) as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role, with a demonstrated focus on technology projects, ideally within AI/ML domains.
• Business Analysis Skills: Strong proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities to understand complex business problems and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
• Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings clearly.
• AI/ML Familiarity: Foundational understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, including LLM, NLP, and their potential business applications.
• Data Understanding: Familiarity with data analysis, data quality concepts, and the ability to work with data to identify patterns and insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively engage with and manage diverse stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Tools & Technologies:

• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):
Experience in the financial services industry, particularly Private Banking, is highly desirable.
