Job Description
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.)
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to refine strategies and improve ROI
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, and integrate them into the content strategy
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement, such as partnerships and collaborations
  • Oversee social media and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
  • Ability to think outside the box and come up with engaging and fresh content ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external teams effectively
  • Ability to stay ahead in a rapidly changing digital landscape
  • Strong collaboration skills, while also being comfortable working independently
  • Precision in content creation and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency with detail orientation
  • Understanding of personal finance advisory space
