The Role

We're hiring a
Social Media Manager
to lead and scale social for a diverse portfolio across
B2B, D2C, and enterprise
. You'll architect strategies, steer content and community, and—most importantly—
drive continuous optimization
using AI-powered workflows and advanced analytics.

What You'll DoStrategy & Planning

• Build platform-native social strategies tied to business and funnel objectives
• Develop channel plays for
  LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X
  , and emerging platforms
• Run competitor and whitespace analyses to spot growth opportunities
• Integrate social into end-to-end
  360° campaigns
  with the strategy and performance teams

Content & Production

• Own always-on
  content calendars
  across multiple accounts
• Partner with creative & film teams to deliver thumb-stopping visuals and video
• Write clear, compelling copy that earns attention and conversions
• Plan UGC and
  influencer collaborations
  aligned to measurable outcomes

Community & Reputation

• Lead community management: comments, DMs, mentions, and escalations
• Build and nurture brand communities; manage
  crisis comms
  with calm and clarity
• Implement
  social listening
  to surface insights and proactive opportunities

Analytics, Reporting &
Optimization (Major Focus)

• Treat optimization as a
  daily discipline
  : A/B and multivariate tests for hooks, formats, captions, creative, CTAs, and posting times
• Translate data into action: iterate creatives, refine targeting, and sharpen narratives
• Track north-star and diagnostic metrics (reach, saves, CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, ROAS where relevant)
• Present
  monthly performance reports
  with clear insights, hypotheses, and next steps
• Partner with performance media to align
  organic + paid
  for full-funnel impact

Client Leadership

• Act as the primary point of contact for social initiatives
• Present strategies and results with confidence and clarity
• Juggle multiple accounts while maintaining quality and responsiveness

What You'll BringExperience & Skills

• 1-2 years
  in social media management, ideally in an agency
• A strong portfolio of cross-industry campaigns with measurable results
• Mastery of SMM tools (Hootsuite/Buffer/Sprout, etc.)
• Proficiency with analytics (Instagram/LinkedIn native, Google Analytics)
• Experience with
  paid social
  (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

Technical Competencies

• Basic design chops (Canva;
  Adobe Creative Suite
  preferred)
• Understanding of
  SEO principles
  for social amplification
• Fluency in platform trends & algorithm shifts
• Familiarity with
  influencer platforms
  and best practices

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication in
  English and Hindi (Additional languages will be an advantage)
• Creative, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure
• Analytical, hypothesis-driven thinker with a growth mindset
• Team player with strong stakeholder management

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications/Journalism or related field
• Hands-on with
  AI marketing tools
  and automation platforms
• Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Certifications (Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
• Experience on
  international
  and
  B2B/LinkedIn-heavy
  mandates
