About the Role

ADCO Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated
Junior Civil Engineer
to join our project team in Deogarh. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and supervising civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support site engineers in daily project activities, supervision, and reporting.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site measurements, quality checks, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects (freshers welcome).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management basics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites in Deogarh, Odisha.
