We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Spa team, with a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations of the spa, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Implement health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
