This is a full-time, hybrid role for an eCommerce Executive – Digital Marketing, based in New Delhi. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing and advertising strategies across eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Blinkit, Flipkart, and similar platforms.

The executive will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns, improving product visibility, driving conversions, and maximizing ROI through data-driven decisions. The role also involves analyzing sales performance, optimizing listings, managing promotions, and enhancing customer engagement across marketplaces. Close collaboration with design, operations, and supply chain teams is essential to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing for eCommerce platforms (Amazon Ads, Blinkit Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC campaigns, keyword optimization, and bid management
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversion rate, and sales velocity
  • Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with product listing optimization, promotions, deals, and marketplace algorithms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in eCommerce, D2C, FMCG, or consumer goods industries is a strong advantage
