About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Growth Marketer to accelerate SPECTRAFORCEs digital presence, lead acquisition, and pipeline contribution. The role combines website management, SEO, performance marketing, and growth experimentation to strengthen our visibility across search (Google + AI-driven search results) and drive measurable results across web, mobile, and digital platforms. If youre data-driven, thrive on crafting impactful digital campaigns, have an eye for design and content detail, and want to deliver tangible business growth through marketing innovation, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the digital growth charter: Strategize and execute campaigns to build awareness, web traffic, and MQL pipeline contribution.
- Develop innovative growth strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand presence across search engines, AI-driven discovery (ChatGPT/Bing/Perplexity), and digital platforms.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Lead SEO (technical, on-page, off-page), manage website performance, and optimize content for conversions.
- Performance Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and other paid channels to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor and optimize lead funnels, providing insights and experiments to reduce friction and increase conversions.
- Cohort-Based Growth Campaigns: Run campaigns focused on user activation and reactivation (via email marketing, marketing automation workflows, retargeting, etc.).
- Content & UX Alignment: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure strong landing page experiences and high-performing content aligned with SEO and campaign needs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, MQL/SQL contribution, ROI). Continuously refine campaigns.
- Competitor & Trend Monitoring: Assess industry trends, competitor campaigns, and AIdriven search evolution to adapt strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with MarComm leadership, sales, and US comms/social media counterparts to drive integrated campaigns.
Core Competencies:
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Digital Category Management.
- SEO / Website Growth + Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Data storytelling: building dashboards, interpreting Google Analytics/HubSpot/SEMRush.
- Performance & Retargeting Campaigns (acquisition & retention).
- Funnel Conversion Optimization.
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Skills & Superpowers:
- 6-8 years of experience in digital growth, SEO, and category/performance marketing.
- Proven success in scaling traffic, visibility, and lead gen pipelines.
- Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, paid media, and growth experimentation frameworks.
- Data-driven problem solver; advanced Excel/Analytics; familiarity with Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, SEMRush/Ahrefs.
- Strong communication abilities for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
- High execution ability, ownership mindset, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
