Executive

Candidate must be a well versed with Provision and Accrual Accounting and must possess at least 2 years of experience of Account payable & can handle AP Must be very fluent in English communication and will be must play an effective while engaging with circles counterpart on a daily basis for all the circles

Candidate will be involved in the Engagement call with all the circles commercial team and will be play a role of a problem resolver

  1. Quality closure of monthly and quarterly Financials – India sites accounting
  2. Provision adequacy for cost and agreement covered for Provisioning.
  3. Analysis of variance in site sharing cost and maintain the vendor wise provision.
  4. Continuous improvement in process for the quality of output as well as input from the respective circle with automation .
  5. Smooth closure of Statutory/Internal Audit, with minimum SAD/SUD/ICM.
  6. Having knowledge of Oracle.
  7. Provisioning of Expenses –Network-TOCO, S&D Others, HR & Admin, CSD, Marketing, AMC & Bandwidth.
  8. Provision for Expenses - Actualization & Reclassification (TDS / NonTDS / Expense to Expense)
  9. LER for Owned Sites, Offices, MSC, Warehouse & COW Sites.
  10. Provision Back up / Period Based Reversal / YEP TDS
  11. DTR / DQ / Excel Usage / Document Retention / Audit
  12. Requirements (Internal & Statutory Audit)
  13. Prepaid Expenses Amortization through Deferment Module
  14. Facilitating Vendor Wise Provision to VR Team for Financial Exposure

Major Challenges:
· Needs to have e2e Reporting Knowledge to close the Books efficiently on time
· Having Knowledge of Oracle , Excel etc
· Ensure closure of Internal & Statutory audit on timely manner
· Ensure to follow process & AG for all activities
· Ensure to submit all the deliverables as per FR Calendar
