Position Overview
We are hiring a
Digital Factory Global Application Analyst
to serve as the key link between business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams. This role is essential for translating business requirements into functional designs and ensuring successful implementation of digital initiatives. The role will also be a cornerstone in M&A-related activities, supporting the functional transition to a newly independent digital organization by helping define and deploy new systems, processes, and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to define and document functional requirements for digital solutions that enable business continuity and transformation post-acquisition.
• Lead functional planning for M&A carve-out activities, including requirement gathering for new systems, gap analyses, and support for clean-room or transitional environments.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to align solutions with functional expectations.
• Support workshops, design sessions, and future-state business process mapping.
• Lead user acceptance testing, training coordination, and go-live planning.
• Promote standardization and best practices across the enterprise.
• Monitor project delivery to ensure business value realization and feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Lean/Six Sigma a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain, with digital project involvement.
• Experience with functional roles in MES, ERP, APS, WMS, or related platforms.
• M&A or carve-out experience preferred, especially in functional stream design and execution.
• Fluent in English (Spanish or other languages a plus).

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Experience with requirement documentation, functional specs, and UAT.
• Familiarity with major platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, Rockwell, Siemens).
• Exposure to M&A transition environments, clean-room operations, or digital separations.

Soft Skills

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and evolving business environments.
• Empathy for end users with a focus on value and usability.
