About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling, brand consistency, and delivering designs that inspire and engage audiences across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.

Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs.

Design layouts, graphics, and illustrations for a variety of platforms (digital ads, social media posts, presentations,logos, banners, etc.).

Prepare final designs for print and digital production.

Stay current on design trends, typography, color theory, and digital media best practices.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Work closely with photographers, videographers, and developers to ensure cohesive visual communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related creative role.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into visually compelling designs.

Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience designing for digital platforms (web, mobile, and social media).

Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.

Familiarity with print production processes.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design tools (optional).
