  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools).
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
  • Good understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to present findings effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal sources (production, sales, inventory, marketing, etc.).
  • Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform trend analysis and data mining to identify patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the production, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand data needs and business problems.
  • Provide actionable insights and present findings in an easy-to-understand manner to management.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Validate data integrity and ensure accuracy of data being used for decision-making.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests as required by management or other departments.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining databases or data systems.
  • Recommend improvements in processes based on data insights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
