Quant Analytics Manager

Join us to lead data transformation and automation, driving innovation and efficiency in Business Banking.

As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Business Banking Data Analytics team, you will lead data transformation and automation efforts, enhancing reporting structures and implementing innovative solutions. You will manage a team, collaborate across departments, and drive AI/ML adoption.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze problems in current reporting structures, providing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive reporting suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build utilities for various departments.
• Oversee data migration and integration using cloud technologies like Snowflake and AWS.
• Drive AI/ML solutions to improve data analytics capabilities.
• Mentor and manage a team of 2-3 members, fostering innovation and improvement.
• Report to senior leadership on progress and challenges in data transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field with over 10 years of experience in data transformation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud technologies, including Snowflake and AWS.
• Experience in handling large datasets and optimizing SQL scripts.
• Ability to build sustainable utilities across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of effective solutions.
• Strong leadership qualities with team management experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience with Python and other programming languages in data analytics.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in a senior leadership role within financial services.
• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and Large Language Models.
• Advanced degree in Data Science or related field.
• Certification in cloud technologies or data analytics.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
