Assistant Officer

2) Database Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing our customer and prospect databases, ensuring proper categorization and tagging.
3) Reporting Support: Generate basic reports and summaries from data for the sales and marketing teams as requested.
4) Document Management: Digitize and organize physical documents, such as sales forms or customer agreements, for easy retrieval.
Desired Candidate's Profile
1) Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
