Role & responsibilities

Data Migration Support

  • Dataanalysis and mapping from acquisition companys CRM to HubSpot objects/fields
  • Exporting, cleansing, formatting, and importing data from acquired companies into HubSpot/Internal proprietary CRM.
  • Conduct data quality checks (duplicates, missing fields, formatting issues).

CRM Configuration Assistance

  • Help set up users, permissions, fields/properties, product libraries, form submission notifications, and automation rules to align acquired company processes with Registrar Corp HubSpot standards.
  • Update existing reports and dashboards (HubSpot, Tableau, GA4) to pull in acquisition companys data. Ex: Adding new inquiry types to KPI dashboard

System Integrations

  • Support API integrations between HubSpot and other systems such as our internal CRM, Outlook, Teams and Zoominfo by assisting with minor configuration changes and project support.
  • Testing integrations and reporting issues

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or Salesforce/Marketo/other CRMs).
  • Basic knowledge of data management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CSV handling, deduplication).
  • Understanding of integrations (APIs, ETLs) – experience not required, but strong willingness to learn.
  • Comfort with reporting and dashboards (HubSpot reports, Tableau, or similar).
  • HubSpot or other CRM related certifications are a big plus but not required.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills who can translate complex technical concepts and issues into clear actionable insights.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing and sales teams.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn CRM best practices and functionality.
