Role Description

This is full time role as
Site Electrical Supervisor
to oversee electrical works across 5–6 assigned project sites simultaneously. The role involves preparing weekly work schedules, monitoring site progress, and submitting daily reports. Candidates should be flexible to work at sites across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh, depending on project requirements. Starting salary is ₹25,000 with growth based on performance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
  • Proven experience supervising electrical works at multiple sites
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and reporting skills
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to relocate to different sites based on assignments (not permanent transfers)
  • Proficiency in
    Tamil, English, and Hindi
    (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities
