Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Meerut, India. The Professor of Pharmacognosy and Associate Professor of Pharmacology will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic and administrative activities of the institutions. The roles involve developing curriculum, preparing and delivering lectures, mentoring students, and publishing research findings in reputed journals. Additional responsibilities include participating in academic committees, student assessments, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications

  • Pharmacognosy: Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy with at least 10 years of academic experience. Extensive knowledge and expertise in Pharmacognosy, research in medicinal plants, drugs derived from natural sources, and the ability to teach these subjects.
  • Pharmacology:
    Ph.D. in Pharmacology with at least 08 years of academic experience.
    Extensive knowledge and expertise in Pharmacology, research in drug interactions, effects, and mechanisms, and the ability to teach these subjects.
  • Academic Skills: Experience in curriculum development, lecture preparation, student assessment, and academic mentoring.
  • Research Skills: Proven research capabilities, including the ability to publish findings in reputed journals, and secure research funding.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior teaching experience at the university level, particularly in the fields of Pharmacognosy or Pharmacology, is preferred.
  • Education: A Ph.D. in a relevant field is required.
