Responsibilities- Facilitate mediation sessions between conflicting parties to ensure effective communication.
- Analyze case details and prepare mediation strategies tailored to specific disputes.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops on dispute resolution techniques.
- Support the implementation of ADR processes in various organizational settings.
- Maintain detailed records of all mediation sessions and interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in the ADR field to continuously improve our services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Conflict Resolution, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mediation or alternative dispute resolution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks associated with ADR.
- Certification as a mediator or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for case management.
