Responsibilities
  • Facilitate mediation sessions between conflicting parties to ensure effective communication.
  • Analyze case details and prepare mediation strategies tailored to specific disputes.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops on dispute resolution techniques.
  • Support the implementation of ADR processes in various organizational settings.
  • Maintain detailed records of all mediation sessions and interactions with clients.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in the ADR field to continuously improve our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Conflict Resolution, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mediation or alternative dispute resolution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks associated with ADR.
  • Certification as a mediator or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for case management.
